Hire Again

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your use of hireagain.com (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

What Hire Again Is

Hire Again is a platform that helps homeowners discover contractors through real completed projects and verified reviews. We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, licensing, or legality of any contractor's work. Homeowners are responsible for independently verifying a contractor's licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring them.

Contractor Accounts

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and project listings. Projects and their details must reflect real, completed work. Client names and addresses should not be used as public-facing project titles or descriptions.

Reviews

Reviews on this Platform must be tied to a real, completed project and submitted by the homeowner who received the work. Contractors may not submit reviews on their own behalf, offer compensation for reviews, or attempt to manipulate ratings. We may remove any review or listing that violates these terms or that we have reasonable grounds to believe is inaccurate or fraudulent.

Your Content

By uploading photos, videos, written descriptions, or reviews, you grant Hire Them Again a license to display that content on the Platform for its intended purpose. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any contractor listed will perform work to any particular standard.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire Again is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any work performed by a contractor found through the Platform, including disputes between homeowners and contractors.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
