Project content. Contractors may upload photos, videos, and written descriptions of completed work. Homeowners may submit reviews, ratings, and photos tied to a specific completed project.

Usage data. We use cookies to keep contractors securely signed in (see our Cookie Policy for details). We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate contractor accounts and public profiles
• Display completed projects and reviews to homeowners searching the platform
• Power search matching, including AI-based semantic search over project descriptions
• Communicate with contractors about their account
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform

Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including services for hosting, database storage, image and video hosting, authentication, and AI-based search. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Contractor profiles, completed projects, and homeowner reviews are intentionally public-facing, since the platform's purpose is to display verified work to homeowners. We do not share private account information (such as email or phone number) beyond what a contractor chooses to make public on their profile.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Contractors can also update most of their own information directly from their dashboard.

Children's Privacy

This platform is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
